Sometimes telling a ghost story is not enough. Just ask paranormal investigator Andre Frattino and members of the Southern Paranormal Investigators, Chris Lanham and Barry Caudle. In this final section of the series “The Seven Spirits of Rome,” Ross McDuffie, Rome News-Tribune multimedia producer of Rome Remembers: World War II, met with Frattino, Lanham and Caudle and explored three rumored haunted spots in Rome to see why these ghosts, if they are real, wanted to stick around. “One of the most common theories is that ghosts like to hang in areas that have an emotional attachment to the past,” explained Frattino. “... some sort of dramatic experience that they carry on into death that they would still want to be in that area.”
