With UFO reports increasing in number all the time, one report has come out of New Hampshire where two friends spotted several objects and were helped by a friendly State trooper who was just as perplexed by the sighting. The entire encounter was posted to the Mutual UFO Network’s website earlier today.
The two friends, whose names shall be omitted, were driving North on Interstate 90 toward Lincoln, just north of the forest preserve they were traveling in when suddenly a bright orange light appeared in the north-northwestern sky. “On my left at the 10 O’clock position,” the driving witness said in his report. The two reported that the object after hanging suspended for several seconds suddenly blinked off as though someone had turned off a light-switch. The passenger, not seeing it at first, was instructed to keep his eyes on the northwestern sky as they continued their Northerly heading. Incredibly, as they continued, the object reappeared this time seen by both the driver and his friend. Several more seconds passed, and a second light appeared next to it.
By this time both witnesses were getting excited and pulled their car over onto the shoulder to get a better view of the object. Traffic was light, so they were able to remain on the shoulder for quite some time before they were spotted by a state trooper who pulled up behind them. As the driver sat, he pulled out his phone and began recording video of the object as a third light appeared next to the first two. The third light was followed by a third and then a fourth before a the State Trooper rapped on their window to ask their business in the area. As the driver explained their situation, the state trooper revealed that he too had seen objects of unknown origin just minutes before. When asked if any military operations were occurring in the area, the trooper replied that there weren’t any, and that flares would be seen descending from the sky slowly rather than remaining suspended in mid-air. In addition, it was illegal to drop flares over a public forest area during routine operations. As the trio conjectured what it could be, the subject of meteor showers came up, but once again the behavior of the objects quite simply could not have been explained by meteors, who simply fall with a possible curve to them. The final alternative was swamp gas, but the area was in the mountains and bioluminescent swamp gas would not have been present in the area.
Finally, the officer told the two they would have to leave the area, since they were parked on the shoulder and were not in an emergency situation. Complying, the duo returned to their vehicle, but couldn’t shake the eerie feeling that what they had seen may not have been of this Earth. The stellar sighting was the only one reported in the area that night, though it clearly had multiple witnesses.
