Centreville,VA Common knowns as Washington Dulles area. Around early 1990s,a Site near Capital Expo center, there were rumors of a building being built, saying to be a CIA building, but government said its not but corperation name Rockwell. Appaerntly this building has at least 10-20 stories of floors beneath it, also with exteriors of where no commmunication can enter or exit it. If you drive near the area with cell phones or any type of wirless devices you will notice that you have no connectivity, this effect the residences as Iam one of them since I use a Wirless card on my computer and I can never get good connection even tho I have my wirless router right next to me, which I find this very annoying, why would they put a building like this near a residential area. This building also have high secruity with secruity walking outside with shotguns and m-16s and also cameras in the tree tops.
