2012, 21st December, is the end of the Maya calendar. It is also the most important cosmic alignment since long time. It the end of a 25000 years cycle. It is the alignment of our solar system with our galaxy, the milky way. It have been calculated by the mayan thousands years ago with a perfect accuracy. Some scientists and historians still deny their knowledge of the equinox precession without it would be impossible to calculate the date 21st of December 2012 as the cosmic alignment. The Maya calendar began in 3114 B.C. The Maya civilzation is known to have born in 900 B.C but it is known that a Civilization, the Olmec have existed before and are at the origin of the calendar and most of the buildings and cities found in the region.
