A vicar who claims that he was tormented by two men obsessed with the occult, tried to correspond with them by leaving letters on his church notice board addressed "Dear Vampires".

The letters were part of a futile attempt by the Rev Chris Rowberry, 45, to put a stop to the alleged religious harassment, he told Southampton Crown Court.
