They don't have the green slime or fancy matching uniforms sported by Dan Aykroyd and company in the 1984 blockbuster hit "Ghost Busters," but these area paranormal investigators say their mission is important just the same. "It's all about helping people," said Tabitha Wigley, case manager for Para-Views, the Permian Basin's paranormal investigators group. "Give them proof that they're not crazy, that what they're seeing is real." The group of about 10 will complete hours of investigations free of charge hoping to find shreds of evidence to prove something unusual is going on in a space, said the group's founder and director Victoria Banuelos.
