A Denver man is trying to get voters to set up a commission to prepare for space aliens and to raise awareness about their existence. Jeff Peckman believes they exist and he says he has the video to prove it. 11 News got a chance to view that video on Friday, they wouldn't let us film the video because they still aren't sure if it's real and it’s part of a documentary that will be released sometime later this year. But many experts are calling it authentic and one of a kind. In the video, a figure that looks like an alien is seen peeking in the window, it moves up and down, moves it's head from side to side and it blinks.
