About 4 1/2 years ago I was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. This was about the same time I started studying and using binaural beats. At that stage, I was focusing on chakra stimulation and listening to the chakra binaural beats daily. I was also taking vitamin B12 in attempts to eliminate my carpal tunnel syndrome. </description>
