In Casselberry, a children’s book author- Jennifer Wolfhal, 41, and her husband Joseph, 39, were arrested on the charges of child abuse and neglect. The child was living in their care.
The 18-year-old victim suffered malnutrition and serious infections. The victim was urgently taken to ICU at the hospital.
