Unexplainable.net has legal right to create and sell the Binaural Beat Recordings that we make. By purchasing, downloading, or using our recordings, you agree and understand the following:

Our recordings can not and do not guarantee you Metaphysical Abilities in any way. Much of our descriptive writing is opinion, and should be viewed as such. The recordings are designed to bring the user to a particular mindset as described. Returns and refunds are accepted up to 60 days through clickbank.

Unexplainable.net or it's owners will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever. By purchasing, downloading, and using our products, you assume any and all responsibility both physically and mentally. We will not be held liable for mental damage claims, physical damage claims, monetary loss claims, computer data loss, or anything of the likes. It is your job to properly research the effects of Binaural Beats before use.

Sounds (including Binaural Beats) are not considered a "DRUG" by United States Laws, and the FDA has no dictation control over these products. According to known statistics, Binaural Beats are not dangerous and pose no threats to users. It is common sense that you shouldn't operate machinery or perform dangerous work while listening to Binaural Beats. Our store site states this clearly. Any accidents or injuries caused by listening to Binaural Beats is the direct result from "Improper Use". Unexplainable.net will not and can not be held liable for Improper Use.

We accept payment through a third party processor (Clickbank.Com). We take no responsibility for the practices Clickbank uses. Clickbank also offers an affiliate program where others can refer people to our products. We have no direct control over how and where affiliates promote our products, nor do we have the ability to ban affiliates. Affiliates are responsible for their own actions, and we will not accept any responsibility for their practices.

By Registering for any section, or submitting any information,  you agree all material shall abide by copyright laws, and be reproducible.  No personal Information will be given out to third parties, Although we reserve the right to use IP tracking if legal Issues shall arise. Best Advice is Write it Yourself, than you can't get in trouble.
