Lose your weight, but Keep yourself healthy!

“Excess of everything is bad”. So moderate and balance attitude to loose your weight and keep yourself healthy at the same is positive and right approach. Without any side effects, here are some guidelines to help you loosing your weight and keeping you fit and smart.   
1.    NATURAL FOOD IS THE BEST!
Natural, simple, seasonal foods like fresh fruits and vegetables are best for health and economical when you can get them at a reasonable price.
In fat free chemically processed products, you may have some ingredients good to loose your weight, but there are tons of more minerals and vitamins and in organic foods.
2.    DRINK MORE SOFT WATER
Water is essential for all of your bodily functions - and if you don't drink enough, your body just doesn't work like it should.
“Drinking enough water throughout the day actually speeds up the ongoing interrelated series of chemical interactions taking place inside your body that provide the energy and nutrients needed to sustain life.”
So make it a habit to drink water regularly as it burns extra calories with out any physical effort.
3.    REST IS THE BEST FOR HEALTH
Living in 21st century, we are struggling hard for our existing on this planet Earth and spending very busy life throughout the year. So it is not always possible to get enough time for rest. That is why it is necessary to reserve some time daily when you must be stress-free with out any so-called material depression or tension as stress generates fat hormones. You get up early in the morning and enjoy my cup of coffee and just relax. Take rest for a while and your mind totally free from all thoughts.
4.    EAT SLOWLY, EAT CONSISTENTLY and EAT WHAT YOU LIKE
Do not eat hurriedly; by eating bit by bit, you will eat less food which protects you from indigestion and lets you enjoy your food.
If grandma advices to chew each bite for many times, then she is very right in her saying. Eating frequently helps to keep your metabolism active, thus helping to kill extra calories efficiently and consistently.
If you don't eat anything for a long time, your body considers food might be inadequate for long time so it saves more consciously what it has already.
It is imperative to eat what you like don not feel hesitate to eat your favorite dish.
5.    OBSERVE CAREFULLY WHAT YOU DRINK
You have to calculate cleverly how many calories you take daily by soft drinks, soda, high sugar juices, alcoholic drinks etc. By drinking such beverages regularly will increase your weight. Avoid them and drink water and milk which is hale and hearty for loosing Weight.
6.    EAT GOOD FATS
Like other essential nutrients, your body needs a balance proportion of fats as well to function properly. The key is to get right fats which you can get from natural foods. Peanuts, olive oil, almonds and walnuts help you get the right kind of fat your body works best with.
7.    PHYICAL ACTIVITY
Any physical activity is necessary, for example, taking a regular walk is not only an exercise, but also a source of relaxation and meditation as well.
Get in touch with health and nutrition magazines and journals in order to get information about loosing weight, health diet, vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetables etc.
