Downtown Phoenix residents started calling authorities tuedsay night when once again the sky lit up with Lights. Nearly 10 years ago, a similar incident happened and became one of the biggest UFO stories in history known as the “Phoenix Lights”.
Government officials at the Yuma Marine Base claim that these lights are actually flares that are used as targets. They went on to say that it looks like they are flying in formation, and they slowly drift downward to Earth attached to parachutes.
A similar incident happened in March of 1997, and almost the same story came from government officials. Despite what the government says, many first hand witnesses still believe these sightings were an actual alien craft. They argue that flares couldn’t possibly fly such a long distance in perfect unison.
