Shaniwarwada Fort , Pune
During the time that the ruled the western Indian province, the heir of the kingdom (whose name was Narayan) was assassinated upon the orders of his uncle’s wife. Narayan ran for his life across the entire fort, as his assassins chased him down. It is said that he was screaming, “Uncle, save me.” After his death, some locals believe that you can still hear Narayan’s cries for help at midnight when there is a new moon.
Bhangarh Ruins , Rajasthan
Located in the Rajasthan state of India, you will run into Bhangarh if you are traveling from Jaipur to Alwar city. It is here that you will encounter ruins that possess a scary stigma. No one wants to be at the site after the sun has set. There is a legend that says the city was abandoned in just one night because a curse was placed upon it. Time had passed and remnants of the township were rediscovered with some of the temples resurfacing. Rumor has it that people have not returned from the location if they remained after dark. There is a sign that states staying at the ruins after sunset is strictly prohibited. Visitors to the site have reported feeling anxious and restless because of a “strange feeling” in the air.

It is said that for more than 30 years, a ghost full of ire appears whenever there is a murder trial being held. Able to speak in different languages, the ghost is said to curse and terrify those who enter the courtroom.
Vrindavan Society , Thane
It is said that a man took his own life in one of the building at the Vrindavan Society (Bldg. No.66 B to be exact), and some believe his ghost still haunts the premises. Security guards have reported odd happenings taking place in the building. When patrolling, they claimed to have encounter strange events. One time, a guard was slapped so hard by something he could not see that he raised up from his chair and hit the guard closest to him because he thought they had hit him.
Dow-Hill , West Bengal
