- Use your right hand.
Place your right thumb on your right nostril and your ring finger on the left nostril.
- Close your right nostril using your thumb and inhale through your left nostril, deeply. Make sure your lungs are full. Try to focus on your breathing.
- Now, release your thumb and close your left nostril using your ring finger and exhale slowly through the right nostril.
- Note then if you inhale for 5 seconds, make sure to exhale in 5 seconds.
- Now do it in reverse. This time by inhaling through the right nostril and exhaling through the left nostril.
- Repeat the right and left process. You can start with 5 minutes per day and increase as per your convenience.
