Nightmare @ 63rd St. Beach House , October 24
Visit the lovely, historic 63rd St. Beach House, where more than 10 spine-tingling horror scenes await your nerves. Travel the two floors of the house to enjoy a variety of ghoulish twists and turns. Haunted Drive-In Movie , October 25
Who ya gonna call when the Halloween day is fast approaching? How about “Ghostbusters 2” , the haunted feature for a drive-in movie in Wicker Park. The event takes place between 6:30pm and 9pm. Cost: $5

Head for the Ghost Race held at Woodhull Playground Park from 4pm to 5pm. Cost: $2.
Haunted House , October 28 to October 30
When you’re looking for a haunted house in the Chicago region, head for Columbus Park, where all ages are sure to be entertained. The event takes place between 7pm and 9pm. Cost: $3
Community Halloween Party – October 30
This free Halloween party is geared towards kids aged 4 to 9 and will kick off at 3:30pm until 4:30pm at Gompers Park.

At the Douglas Park Cultural & Community Center, an assortment of games, arts and craft, and other Halloween fun aims to please local 6 to 12 year olds. This event costs nothing to enjoy and takes place between 4pm and 6pm.

Looking for a safe place to trick or trick? Take your 6 to 12 years old to Kosciuszko Park, where the building opens up to an assortment of fun. A craft project will also take place in the gym. This event is free and takes place between 4:30pm and 6pm.
Teen Dance – October 30
Teens in grades 6th to 8th will enjoy a night filled with dancing, music and other festivities at Vittum Park from 6pm to 9pm. Cost: $10
Scary Skate , October 31
When you’re looking for an activity that provides plenty of spills and thrills , the McFetridge Sports Center (a.k.a. California Park) offers open public skate with a Halloween twist. The event takes place between 4:30pm and 6pm. If you wear a costume, you’ll gain free admission. Skate rental available for teens without their own pair of skates.
Annual Halloween Bash , October 31
Prepare yourself for a night filled with performances, dancing, and games that will entertain the entire family. This free event will take place at the Indian Boundary Park & Cultural Center, from 1pm to 3pm.
Haunted House , October 31
Guests of all ages will take pleasure in running through this haunted house, which provides candy and refreshments for $6. Head to Kennicott Park from 6pm to 9pm to take part in the festivities.
