More than the first day of spring takes place on the 20th of March; it is also the day before the beginning of birthday celebrations for the Aries zodiac sign. The ram with its noble demeanor is the animal associated with the zodiac sign of Aries. The Ram first appeared as the symbol of the zodiac sign during ancient Egyptian days. It also took turns with the head of the goose and its exact origin has been a mystery for centuries.

Characteristics of Aries

Belonging to the Fire sign, an individual born under the zodiac sign of Aries is full of imagination and like to assert himself or herself. When it comes time to get the ball rolling, its usually an Aries who steps up to the plate and takes on the role of the initiator. Natural-born leaders, an Aries is ready to hold of a situation, but tends to lack the determination and stamina to see tasks, projects, and other jobs to the very end.

The Aries zodiac sign carries traits of dependability, but represents people that usually have a knack for losing focus at the slightest turn of events. Basically, it’s hard to keep their interest for the long haul. Other characteristics of the Aries guy or gal include willfulness, enthusiasm, and a sense of adventure.
