This sad looking little girl was part of an operation called MK ULTRA. Since its inception in 1960, the goal of this research was to aquire true mind control of CIA insergants (spys). They started research on children using elecrtoshock. The LSD didn’t come into the program until later.
(fyi) – Its was found after further investigation into the matter, that the above mentioned little girl came from a less than normal homelife and was made a ward of the state and put up for adoption. She was aquired for the study at that point. After her memory was erased, she was placed with a loving family and grew up to have a very normal life. Today she is a doctor living in LA with 6 children and 5 grandchildren.
